Are there hidden hosting fees?: No. Hosting (Vercel), domain, transactional email (Resend), and storage (Backblaze B2) are pass-through and visible on every invoice. Most clients run under $50/mo combined.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?: No. All retainers are month-to-month with 30 days written notice to cancel. The setup fee is non-refundable once production begins, but the retainer is not.
Is ad spend included?: No. Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads media budget is billed by those platforms directly to your card. We do not mark up media spend.
Who owns the website?: You. The site is an open Next.js codebase deployed to your Vercel account. On termination we provide a full export within 30 days.
Do you take generalist agencies?: No. Remodeling, Roofing, and Moving in Northern Virginia only. That is the moat — we know Fairfax County permitting, GAF Master Elite, and AMSA ProMover well enough to write copy that converts.
